4" Tall by 3�۝ Wide Air Plant Holder

This Piece is made from old reclaimed beer barrels from the 1800s. The material is old growth California Redwood.
The finish is five coats of spray on lacquer, this finish over top of the oil pastel creates a smooth, glaze like feel.

The beauty of this piece is that it is a one of a kind original, there is no other piece with the same shape and color.

This votive candle holder was hand-turned on a wood lathe. It is then hand-colored with oil pastels, this coloring process is very unique and original. I discovered it 11 years ago at age 10 and developed a line of home decor using this amazing coloring process. This oil pastel coloring process is unprecedented and displays both the natural beauty of wood grain as well as vibrant color.

Votive candle is set into a 1 5/8" dish on the top of the candle holder for stability.
